EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Our director, Ms Onke Mda holds a BA (Wits), BA Hons (UJ) and an LLB (Unisa) and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Onke served articles at a Sandton based law firm specialising in Commercial Law, Labour Law, Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Services, Commercial Contracts, Trusts and General Litigation (High Court and Magistrates’ Court).

Prior to that, Onke held various positions in the public sector over a period of 8 years; through which she gained expertise in negotiations of applied global developmental finance and governance as well as the intricate functioning of local government systems.
